What happens to the file you upload

Your resume is read into memory, converted to plain text and structural markers, and scored. The uploaded file itself is never written to disk and is discarded as soon as the score is produced.

If you paste a job description, it is processed the same way, for the same purpose, and discarded with the file.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep the result, not the source: the score, the rule-by-rule findings, and the parsed structure needed to rebuild your corrected .docx. This is stored against an unguessable link and deleted automatically after 30 days.

There is no account and no profile. If you lose the link, the report is gone — which is also why the link is shown only once when you buy.

Who else touches your data

• —Payment — Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record. Card data never reaches us; we receive the payment status and the email address you gave at checkout.
• —Storage — Upstash holds the report snapshot for the 30-day window.
• —Delivery email — Resend sends the link to the address used at checkout, if you ask us to.
• —Rewriting — when a paid report is generated, only the specific bullet lines selected for rewriting, and the job title of the section they belong to, are sent to a language model (DeepSeek) to produce candidate rewrites. Your name, contact details and employment dates are not sent. Nothing is used for training.

What we never do

• —Never sell, rent or share your resume with recruiters, employers or data brokers.
• —Never reuse the same resume for another customer, or as a sample.
• —Never use your content to train a model.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use a third-party tracking script. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and defend against abuse.

Deleting a report

Write to maruchen8077@gmail.com with the report link and it will be deleted immediately. Deletion is irreversible — after it, the report cannot be reopened or re-downloaded.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, the change is described here before it takes effect.
