What this service is
Graded Resume reads a resume, scores it against documented formatting, keyword and content rules, and — if you pay — returns a corrected .docx file.
It is not an applicant tracking system and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any ATS vendor. Scores are produced by a deterministic rule engine, not by a hiring system, and they describe how a machine-readable document is likely to be parsed. They are not a prediction of any employer's decision.
We do not promise interviews, callbacks, offers or any hiring outcome. Any service that does is selling you something it cannot control.
Price
A full report costs 19 US dollars, charged once, per report. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, handles the transaction, applicable taxes and the receipt. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
Delivery, and the one-time link
After a successful payment the full report link is displayed once. It is not emailed automatically unless you ask for it, and it cannot be recovered from us if it is lost.
Save the link. It stays valid for 30 days and allows a limited number of downloads, after which the report is deleted and a new check is required.
No refunds
All sales are final. The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment, and its value is consumed on first access.
By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Where consumer law grants a 14-day cancellation right for digital content (for example under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in EU member states, and equivalent UK law), you waive that right at the moment of purchase, because the content is supplied in full immediately.
If the service fails to deliver a report you paid for, we will either restore access or refund that payment. That is a delivery failure, not a change of mind.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited, temporary right to process it in order to produce your report and corrected file, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Upload only resumes you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's documents, and do not use the service to process files at scale or by automation.
AI-assisted rewriting
Rewrites in a paid report may be produced with a language model and are then re-scored by the same rules that graded the original. A rewrite is only included if it passes those rules.
Rewritten text is a suggestion, not a fact. Check every line against what you actually did before you send it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume you submit to an employer.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, for decisions made by employers or their systems, or for indirect or consequential loss.
