What you are buying

One full report for one resume: every rule scored, the keyword table, line-level rewrites, and a corrected .docx file you can send to an employer. It costs 19 US dollars, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The report is digital content, produced and delivered immediately after the payment clears. Nothing is shipped, and there is no waiting period in which the purchase could be cancelled.

The general rule: no refund for a change of mind

All sales are final once the report has been delivered. You are paying for analysis you can read in full before deciding whether to change your resume, not for an outcome.

By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. Where consumer law grants a 14-day cancellation right for digital content — for example under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in EU member states, and equivalent UK law — that right is waived at the moment of purchase because the content is supplied in full immediately.

A low score is not a defect. The score is produced by a published, deterministic rule set, and the report shows exactly which rules failed and how to fix them. Disagreeing with a result is not grounds for a refund.

When we do refund

• —Delivery failure — the payment cleared but no report was ever produced or reachable, and we cannot restore access within 72 hours. You get the full amount back.
• —Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same report. The extra payment is refunded in full.
• —Unauthorised charge — the payment was made with your card without your consent. Contact us and your card issuer; we refund on confirmation.
• —Charged but the report expired before you opened it within the 30-day window because of a fault on our side — we refund or re-issue, your choice.

When we do not refund

• —You changed your mind after reading the report.
• —The score was lower than you expected, or a rewrite was not to your taste.
• —You lost the report link after the 30-day window, or after using the download allowance.
• —You did not get the job, the interview or the callback. No service can promise that, and we do not.
• —The resume contained information you chose to submit that turned out to be inaccurate.

How to ask

Email maruchen8077@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, and include the report link and the payment receipt from Dodo Payments. We reply within two business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original card through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are not returned, so the amount credited can be slightly below what you paid.

If you cannot find the report link, write to the same address and we will resend it while the report is still inside its 30-day window — no refund needed.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived. If a payment was taken for a service that was never delivered, you are entitled to your money back regardless of the paragraphs above.
